Whiting Law Group is pleased to announce the details of a recent jury verdict in a motor vehicle collision case filed in Walworth County, Wisconsin. With a pre-trial offer of only $55,000 from the defending insurance company, Timothy M. Whiting won a total jury verdict of $305,166.53 on behalf of a Wisconsin woman who suffered back injuries in a car crash.

Whiting Law Group filed a lawsuit in Cook County Circuit Court against C&T Durham Trucking Co., on behalf of Rajendra Patel and Dilip Patel, along with their families. The lawsuit stems from a fatal crash on I-65 in Indiana in which both Vijay Patel and Sujal Patel were killed when the van that they were riding in was struck by a semi truck driven by Randall Chriscoe of North Carolina.
