On August 20 – 21, 2015, I was privileged to serve on a panel of leading truck accident attorneys at the AIEG’s Trucking Seminar. The seminar, organized by the Attorneys Information Exchange Group, brought together some of the top trucking litigation lawyers from across the country for a two day seminar. The focus of my panel was trucking maintenance and maintenance records.
A Seminar for Truck Accident Lawyers
As a member of AIEG, I am delighted to have access to the insights and experience of other highly successful trial attorneys. I was then delighted to have the opportunity to give back to the legal community when I was asked by AIEG to serve on a panel focused on truck maintenance, maintenance records and related issues in trucking litigation. Along with a number of other nationally recognized truck accident attorneys, I offered advice and tips based on my experience of pursuing justice for victims of truck accidents.
The trucking seminar was open to all plaintiff attorneys and was certified for CLE (continuing legal education) credit in Illinois.
On a related note, I have written a number of blog posts about truck maintenance.
