In mid-May, Tim Whiting delivered a seminar at the APITLA Annual National Conference. APITLA is the the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, or APITLA. As a leading truck accident attorney, Mr. Whiting was invited to share his knowledge and experience on cargo loading and securement as they relate to truck accident cases.

In late April, Sara Davis attended the ISBA’s Allerton Conference 2015, this year entitled New Realities of Civil Practice: Economics, Ethics & Innovation, where she delivered a presentation about career development.

Ms. Davis’s presentation, Women in the Law, was part of the CLE course. Sara focused on the challenges that women continue to face in the legal community and highlighted the success and progress that women have made too.
